  1. While in Waterbury,VT, we stopped for lunch at the Blackback Pub.  It’s a small eclectic spot in the historic part of Waterbury.  It had a greta beer selection.  I had a Hill Farmstead Edward American Pale Ale.  It came in at 5.2% ABV.  It had a lemon citrus flavor and there was a little bite of bitterness in the aftertaste.  It’s pretty good.

The pub has their food prepared by Mad Tacos.  I wasn’t familiar with them but liked what was on the menu.  I went with two carnitas tacos topped with cilantro where one had onions and the other kim chi.  They were both good though salty.
